WEEKLY PROGRESS ASSESSMENTS

I have my clients complete a weekly check-in form, which helps me determine if any adjustments are needed to ensure progress. I record a video of myself reviewing their check-in, workouts, and nutrition, offering feedback and answering questions. This adds an extra layer of accountability and makes sure we are on the right track.

LEARN

I do my best to teach the basics of the process along the way. That includes going over why I have something laid out a certain way or why I’m changing something. That way even after someone is finished with working with me, they will have a basic understanding of how to sustain long time results.
