You will still be able to enjoy your favorite foods, go out to eat with friends & family, and most importantly still see results.
Weekly evaluations of your workouts, nutrition, & other data based on a check-in form you’ll submit each week. Your program is then adjusted as needed

Your timeline depends on where you're starting and what you need. We'll figure out the right length on a consultation call based on what it takes to actually make lasting change in your life. Most clients work with me for at least 6 months because real results take time. The minimum time frame I require starting out is 12 weeks.

No. Every plan is built around what you have access to. A full gym is ideal, but I've created programs for apartment gyms, dumbbell only/home gyms, etc.
If a gym membership isn't an option for you, just let me know what you're working with.
No. Without personal coaching, there's no way to make sure you're executing the program itself correctly, eating in a way that supports your goals, and so on. If the workout program and results are sub-par because of those things, it reflects poorly on me. Plus, I want someone to get the results.
If you're thinking "I already know how to train and eat," here's the thing: you don't know what you don't know. There are almost always things people are doing wrong, doing inefficiently, or missing completely that could transform their results.
